Manage real-time trip assignments, driver coordination, and broker communication. Experience with RouteGenie, TripMaster, or similar platforms preferred. 24/7 shift availability required.

Process Medicaid, Medicare, and broker billing claims. Manage denials, appeals, and collections. Experience with healthcare billing codes and NEMT claim structures preferred.
