Where we came from
SS Support Network began with one of the hardest jobs in healthcare operations: NEMT dispatch. Non-emergency medical transportation is unforgiving work. Phones ring around the clock, brokers expect trips accepted and completed on time, drivers need answers at 5 a.m., and a single missed pickup means a patient missing dialysis or chemotherapy. That was our training ground, and it shaped everything about how we operate.
Dispatch taught us that coverage is a promise you either keep or you don't. There is no "mostly 24/7." So we built our teams around disciplined shift coverage from day one: overnight staff who are genuinely awake and working, backup agents for every seat, and handoffs that don't drop context between shifts.
The work grew from there, because our clients pushed it to. The fleet owner whose phones we answered asked us to take the broker portals. Then the billing. Then credentialing renewals. Piece by piece, "the dispatch vendor" became the complete back office, and the same pattern repeated with home care agencies, clinics, and other transportation businesses. Today the service list covers call answering, dispatch, medical billing, credentialing, insurance verification, and virtual assistant support, but the operating discipline is still the one dispatch taught us.
The engagement that proves the model
Our flagship client is a US NEMT provider that handed us their entire operational layer: every inbound call, every trip assignment, broker portal management, and billing. That was more than two years ago, and we still run the same scope today. In that time they expanded from a single state to a multi-state operation, with our team scaling alongside them instead of an office hiring spree. We tell that story properly, without invented numbers, in the case study.
We lead with that engagement because retention is the only marketing claim we fully control. Anyone can publish a star rating. Keeping a client's whole back office for 2+ years, through a multi-state expansion, is harder to fake.
What we believe
Three convictions run through every engagement, and they explain most of the decisions on this website.
Honesty over hype
We publish our pricing model and starting rate. We don't invent testimonials, review scores, or team photos. When a number depends on your volume, we say so and quote it in writing instead of publishing a made-up figure. If we're not a fit (too small a need, wrong industry, a service we don't do well), we'll tell you on the first call.
Coverage discipline
"24/7" only counts if a trained person actually picks up at 3 a.m. on a holiday. Every seat we staff comes with scheduled overnight coverage and a trained backup, so a sick day on our side never becomes a coverage gap on yours. This is the part of the job nobody sees until it fails, which is exactly why we treat it as the core product.
We work inside your software
Our agents log into your dispatch platform, your broker portals, your billing system, under your rules and with your visibility. Your data stays in your systems, you can watch the work happen in real time, and if you ever leave, there's nothing to migrate and no hostage-taking. Independence matters to us: we're not affiliated with any software vendor or broker, and we'll work in whatever stack you already run.
Who we are, plainly
SS Support Network LLC is a US-registered business process outsourcing company headquartered in Vancouver, Washington, with a 24/7 global delivery team. That sentence is deliberate. The company, the contracts, and the accountability are American; the delivery team spans time zones, which is how round-the-clock coverage stays genuinely affordable. We'd rather explain that model honestly than pretend otherwise. The economics are a feature, not a secret.
Agents are HIPAA-trained before they touch any client work, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement before accessing any protected health information. Broker experience runs deepest with Modivcare, MTM, and Access2Care, alongside the state Medicaid programs our NEMT clients bill. You can read how our team is organized on the leadership page. And if this sounds like a place you'd want to work, we're hiring.
To make the record plain for anyone checking: the legal entity is SS Support Network LLC, a US-registered limited liability company founded in 2020, with its business address at 9407 NE Vancouver Mall Dr, Vancouver, WA 98662, United States. Our co-founder and Chief Operating Officer is Nimra Khalid. The same leadership also runs Transport BPO, a separate operation aimed at transportation fleets rather than healthcare. Our email runs on sssupport.net, an alternate domain we own that redirects to this site, so info@sssupport.net and sssupportnetwork.llc are the same company.
How an engagement starts
Every client relationship begins the same way regardless of size: a free operations audit. You tell us how your operation runs today; we send back a written plan within 1 business day, covering scope, seat count, hours, and exact rates. Then a scoped first week on real work, so you judge quality before committing to anything. Most clients go live within 5 to 10 business days. No setup fees, no long-term contracts; engagements run month-to-month because keeping clients by performing beats keeping them by lock-in.
